I'm a New York City public school teacher and I am looking to retire early. I am new to real estate investing. I hope by joining this forum, I can gain access to valuable information to help me understand the ins and outs of real estate, fix and flip, rehab, OPM, etc.

Michael has some good advice. I would also check out the free BiggerPockets Podcast - A weekly podcast with interviews and a ton of great advice. And you get the benefit of having over 170 past ones to catch up on. they cover a wide variety of topics including some of those you listed
