Hey just wanted to introduce myself. I am looking to buy my first rental property and start into the world of real estate investing. My interest at this time mainly lies rentals, but could see expanding into rehabbing at some point in the future. I am going to look at my first potential rental property today with my agent. Any tips, tricks or hacks you are willing to share, I would love to hear.
