Hi! I'm Chanel, a newbie investor living in Houston, TX. I'm looking to network and soak up all the knowledge I can about REI and achieving FINANCIAL FREEDOM. I am currently a teacher and love it, but my goal is to make enough passive income to live more than comfortably and retire in 10-15 years max. I am interested in buy and hold properties, both SFH'S and MFH's. I have had 1 investment property thus far and looking for many more!!!
