Hello everybody, I'm Shyla. I wouldn't say that I'm a new investor quite yet. Although I have tried to research and study real estate for several years. I have yet to go out and attempt my first wholesale deal. The fear of not knowing if I have all the information available to start & how to start has been holding me back. So, please, any local investors can you guide me in the right direction of where I can obtain the contracts & forms needed to do wholesale or lease options deals? Also, are there any real estate related practices or types of deals that are illegal here in the state of Kansas? Please, any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
