Greetings awesome investors! My name is Omar Kinnebrew and I am a newbie to the world of real estate investing. I have begun the process of learning and researching whatever and wherever I can so that I minimize the number of unwise decisions I make on my first deal. I am quite open to advice, suggestions and experiential stories.
I plan to invest in both rehab & flips along with rental properties outside of the Atlanta metro area. I will also be taking part in REIA meetup groups and would be happy to meet with fellow investors over coffee/lunch. It's a long road, but you need to start somewhere, right?!?
