Long time reader, first time poster. Just wanted to introduce myself to the community and say thank you for all the information and free education I have received from other people's posts. I am just getting started in real estate and looking at all avenues. Wholesaling, flipping, buy and hold. I see certain aspects of each that I like. I have over 12 years experience in the automotive industry. Ranging from sales, management, and marketing. I look forward to continuing my education through the bigger pockets forums and podcasts.
