Newbie here from Dallas, Tx
Good Morning everyone, I am a newbie in RE investing into wholesale. I would love to connect with Cash Buyers in the area. I do have a mentor I am working with and is teaching me all aspects in the business. One question I do have for anyone here that is a member of myhousedeals.com, and is currently a premium member, would it be worth it to have the membership as a wholesaler to seek motivated sellers or is it mainly for cash buyers?
