Member NE Ohio - Trumbull County. Residential Investment Flipper
My introduction.... Well, decided after a separation and lengthy custody battle and child support I could no longer afford to live the life that I/we were building for our family. Not being happy doing what I did for an income or time that I put in. I decided that I'm going to change my career and do what I'm passionate about. Which will allow me to be able to do my real job and that's raising my 3 daughters. I have a very strong background in all facets of construction (framing, roofing, plumbing, electric, block laying, footers, finish etc...) Yet where I differ from a lot of my colleagues is that I have an extensive knowledge in the remediation of water, fire and mold damaged properties. I have a great team put together only down fall is financing due to poor credit. Just want to find or be advised of a partner willing to look past the credit score and grow a very close and long lasting partnership. Yet always wanting to soak in all the knowledge possible along with market trends especially pertaining to my beloved NE Ohio. Hopefully more success stories than failures but every situation and deal is a learning tool. Thank you and look forward to making new connections and hopefully friendships.
