Hello fellow BiggerPockets members,

I'am a college student who is interested in learning the strategies behind making good investment in real estate. My exposure on this topic is very little. I am currently reading the Beginners Guide offered by this website but other than that i know very little about the business. Any advice/tips is most welcome and thanks in advance in taking time to help me in my learning process.
