Hi my name is Gerald, I live in Fort. Lauderdale, FL. I am 55 years old. I come from a network marketing background and is burnt out from that industry. I love passive income and decided to choose real estate as my new vehicle, I will also like to create immediate income also and looking for mentor ship without paying the money the big companies are asking. I am new to Real Estate investing and will like to partner with lenders who do not ask for fees and money up front but wait to receive all their fees at closing.
