New Member from Washington

Good morning,

I've learned about this community from current member Kelsy Soderlund.  Her enthusiasm for the site compelled me to check it out.  As my profile says (if I did it right!) I work for a small design consulting firm specializing in roof and window waterproofing.  Business is going great however I'm interested in generating independent real estate income, and this sounds like the right place.

I currently live in Newcastle WA, a suburb of Seattle.  When I'm not working I'm riding motorcycles or teaching others how to ride.  I look forward to meeting some of you in person soon, and learning more about the community.
