Hi my fellow real estate junkies! I'm just getting started in real estate. I'm in the middle of my first flip. I'm so excited to have stumbled onto BP!! I am enjoying a different podcast every day, searching for advice in the blogs, and I just found a house in the marketplace that I hope to purchase.
