Hello everyone I like too think out side of the box,and also keep an open mind realestate is almost like moving money, just with out the weight. My mentor and coach told me I should check out this site and glad I did I work a job as a cook and part time realestae investing, been ten years of just reading, listening to audios. webinars, etc,,could have gave up and listened to all the negativity, but  I went out and got me a realestate mentor and coach,my goal to be the best realestate investor in my surrounding areas, and my own farm.
