HI My name is Frank Seaborg and I'm new to real estate investing. I flipped one property several years back and I am ready to get into investing on a more serious basis. My goal in real estate is to begin by flipping properties and as I get more experience under my belt I want to buy and rental properties as long term investments. So far I've seen a lot of great information on BP and I've also subscribed to the podcast which has had some great guests so far (I'm up to the 15th episode). Looking forward to being part of the BP community!
