Newbie With a Torch and Path

Hello,

I would first like to say thank you to all of those that take the time to invest in the community, helping others to that path of success. My name is Leonard age 26 semi-newbie to the real estate scene, I have shadowed other investors and learned along the way. However, the result was shadowed by loose planning on behalf of the investor, although I walked away with a strong understanding of the good and bad.

After some time of recovering from losses, I'm ready to achieve a dream of building wealth with a sound foundation. With that said, guidance is needed mentors guide those through the path with a torch, tell the time comes to carry that torch for others. I look to BP to grow knowledge, partnerships, strength, and a sense of community. Again, thank everyone for your thoughts and most importantly your time and attention.
