I, Nathan Pederson, am a family man that is always willing to put in the hard work for something better.  Interests in real estate especially flips, wholesale and rentals. I have experience in remodel, home building and short sales. Currently started business for flips. Working on one flip at a time until we can get more cash flow to do multiple deals at a time.
