Hi all,

My name is Neil and I literally came across this website today! I am excited to be part of the growing community of real estate investors. My immediate goal is to learn more about this website, see what the site has to offer and immerse myself into ongoing conversations.

2016 and 2017 goals include saving enough money to buy a high discount multifamily property at a stable debt/equity ratio. I am primarily interested in the NJ/NY metro area and the greater Philadelphia region.

I look forward to learning and investing.

Thanks,

Neil

Hi @Neil Patel,

Welcome to BP!

Follow the transit train in NJ if buying the Multi Family. Train=Job=Rent Paid and most of the Philadelphia neighborhoods have strong transportation. Need to team up with a transactional real estate agent (meaning someone that owns investment properties not just selling them). Good luck and much success.

Let me know if I can assist you with any questions.

Regards,

Joe Scorese
