Hey guys!
I am new to the real estate investing world and looking to get involved. I've listened to many of the BP podcast and done research on various REI topics, but I am looking to speak with someone who has experience in my area. I plan to begin with wholesaling as that appears to have the least barriers of entry, but would like to evolve to buy and hold. I look forward to learning more and speaking with anyone willing.
