Hey guys, I'm Michael.  I'm the new guy from Texas. I was born and raised on the east coast, lived on the west coast, but currently I reside in the great state of Texas and I look forward to starting my career as a real estate investor. I've been interested in real estate for a while now, so I've read a few books been to seminars and webinars, but i have not constructed any deals yet. My goals as a real estate investor are as follows, start out wholesaling single and multi family homes, as i gain knowledge and skill along the way I will move forward to fix-n-flip, and then on to buy and hold for residual income. I'm looking forward to connecting with local investors in the Houston, Texas area or any part of Texas, actually anywhere in the world because I love to travel. It's nice to meet everyone, and I look forward to great friendships and even partnerships and I'm glad to be a member of Bigger Pockets. Oh yeah one other thing before i forget, I have a lot of free time on my hands right now so if anyone needs an assistant or something of that sort, I'm available.
