Hello Community,

I'm Kenny. I live here in G-Town, Philly and I'm brand new to the RE industry. My primary  interest is buy & hold and buy & flip. Currently immersing myself in the educational aspects of the industry and came here to see what I can learn from this community. I hope to be able to pay it forward and offer tips, advice, resources as time & knowledge progresses. I hope to meet some great people here and enhance a collaborative vs. competitive atmosphere.
