Hello. My Name is Adam Rego. I am currently getting started in investing real estate. I am an active duty Marine station in California. I will be moving back to Northeastern Ohio in December. My business goal is to start house hacking. I am writing up a business plan for my investment business so any helpful advice would be great. I am interested in multifamily units and commercial apartment complexes.

Welcome to BP Adam!

To start, I would literally search "house hacking" in the search bar above. Just learn everything there is to learn about multifamily investing, house hacking... etc. You should even learn a little about other investment strategies just to make sure that you found the right approach for your business.

In addition to educating yourself from a business standpoint, you want to learn all there is to know about your target area. Find out what the SFR and MFR market is like.

Lastly, keep up what you're doing! Keep writing out plans (both short and long-term), goals and HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE! Its great to put our aspirations on paper but if we're not out there doing things DAILY to reach those goals we set out, they're just words on some scrap paper.

Best of luck to you!
