New to Real Estate Investing
Hello,
My name is Jacob Claessens, I am a 2nd year student studying engineering at my hometown of Guelph, Ontario. I am in the market of purchasing a rental property, so that I can live rent free and start on my journey of real estate investing. I learned about bigger pockets from some of Brandon Turners great books on Real Estate Investing. My short goal is to have solid amount of equity in a house that was mostly payed for by tenants before I graduate university in 2020. I am open to any advise, ideas, tips. Thank you.
