REI on Long Island

Hi! Im new to the REI world and am very interested in building a portfolio of Buy an Hold investments, cash flow and/or appreciation investments. I've flipped a few of my own primary residences over the years and made a decent ROI, but I'm ready to make a business out of it because it is what I love to do. I live on Long Island,but am open to investment opportunities elsewhere if they make financial sense. Would love to network with like minded people in the area.
