Hi @Rita Rios, nice to see fellow Central California native.  I only invest in and represent investors in buying properties in Bakersfield, but I happen to know that some of my clients also invest in Frenso too.  Bakersfield and Fresno are widely known as being the best markets in California to invest in: they both have that unique mix of relatively low purchase prices and relatively high market rents, and no other cities in California compare.  Every other place in CA is either a town that's too expensive to buy in and the market rents are not high enough to make a lot of profit, or a town that's located in the middle of nowhere so the purchase prices are low but the rents are too, so in either scenario the rental profit is hardly there.  If you want to invest in California, I'd say Bakersfield and Frenso are your best bets.
