I live in the Seattle area and am interested in getting into real estate investment part time to start (I have a full time job in IT). With time and experience I would like to become a full time real estate investor.
I am interested in starting out simple with bird dogging and wholesale until I learn and obtain the necessary skills and knowledge required for buy and hold investing.
My experience with real estate is the purchase of 2 homes and the selling of one. And a lot of reading and research! I look forward to expanding my experience and knowledge.
