Hello everyone,
My name is Matt I live about 30 min outside of Raleigh NC. I'm 23 years old and my dad and I have always talked about flipping houses and obtaining rental properties. I'm thinking about purchasing a starter home in the next few months and living there for a couple of years the turning it into a rental property. My dad told me about the sight and I have found it helpful so far in helping me expand my knowledge of the real estate investing.
