Hey Everyone!

My name is Ben Anderson and I live on the south side of Chicago. I just purchased a two flat in Woodlawn where the Obama Library is set to go with an FHA 203k loan where I'm putting 50k in rehab and renting out one unit. I am looking to build a network of other investors who are interested in multifamily properties on the south and west sides of Chicago. Let's chat!
