Hello all.  Total newb from central KY area, close to Lexington here.  I have not invested yet but have been studying all the material I can get my hands on and binge listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast.

I am considering starting in buy and hold. I have not decided if I will go SFR or multi at this point.
