New Dentist/ Real Estate Investor in Fessenden ND

I moved into the area from Provo, Utah after purchasing a dental practice in Harvey.  I'm learning all I can about real estate so that I can create a passive income stream for my retirement.  I currently am working the Dave Ramsey baby steps so that once I am debt free, I can use my current income to create future income.  I have a wonderful wife Rebecca and two great kids, Mary 4 and Caleb 2. My goal is to have enough rentals to create an income stream equal to my current income so that I can be free to live without having to worry about being rigidly tied to my practice.
