Two units down, a Columbus empire to go
Columbus has a really strong market these days, and I'm a noob doing what I can to scale up. I'm passionate about energy efficiency and where it intersects the buildings we use (and their profitability), and got a lot more to learn about real estate technically/legally speaking.
