Hi! My name is Mike.  Relatively new to real-estate investing, and definitely new to this forum.  We are looking for single-family homes in the Loudoun County and Fairfax County area of Northern Virginia, and we would be interested in sharing info on deals, particularly on those situations that might not fit our parameters.  Great to be here!
