Hi all, my name is Marilou from Toronto. I’m working in the financial industry for 35 years. After reading the Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki I told myself we have to go to real estate investing but I don’t know how. After a week I saw an ad in a newspaper about real estate investment seminar. My husband and I went and we decided to go to the 3-day training seminar. The 3-day seminar cost us $300, the next one would be $40K. We can’t afford that, what we get is the $8k Wholesale Training Program. To date, we still don’t know what to do as a Canadian citizen trying to invest in the US. It limit us as I’m not sure if Canadian can do this or that. We’re done with the webinar we still have to do the one on one training with the wholesale specialist, hopefully after that I will know what to do. I’m so glad that I found Biggerpockets which can help me to gain more knowledge and learn from the experience of other investors.
