Hey everyone, 

I'm looking to grow passive income properties through purchasing properties with good rental returns but am open to other avenues (BRRRR, Etc.)

Just generally looking to meet and discuss with others, grow and learn. Totally up for working with others and building a team if it makes sense.

One Duplex and lot in St. Pete in and looking to grow.
