New to the forums from wine country in CA
Hello everybody! I have always had an interest in REI and thought the only way to invest was 'buy and hold' rentals. I was recently referred to the BP Podcasts by a friend and have learned that there are many ways to invest in real estate. I have listened to 127 podcast episodes, averaging about 4 a day (I'm a delivery driver) and am very excited to indulge in this community. I want to learn more about wholesaling with a goal to replace my 9-5 job and supplement with buy and hold rentals.

Welcome to BP! I can definitely echo what Chris M. said about the Bay Area BP folks being super helpful. Ive been on the site for less than 2 months and have had great interactions with a lot of folks.
