taking the plunge to say hi on the new member forums as I haven't done so yet. I am near Toronto and wanting to be a buy and hold landlord. the market here is diverse and particularly overpriced for the most part. I am researching in the USA market and for creative solutions in multi-units among other things. I am a bit of an entrepreneur and dabble in other businesses and work part time.
