My name is John from upstate NY I have 1 property I bought in 2004 with + cash flow and great equity. I want to jump in to real estate as I do not enjoy my job of the last 14 years. I am looking for +cash flow or flips in the Atlantic city, Ventnor area. Or in my home area of Albany ny! I am interested in any suggestions !
