New to Delaware REI
Hi everyone!
My husband and I are new to real estate investing. We're looking to buy and hold MF rentals in Wilmington and/or Dover. We think investing in real estate is a great opportunity to put our CPA backgrounds to good use.
Does anyone know of a good DE real estate agent for investors? Any advice on getting started is greatly appreciated!! We have signed up for a DelREIA meeting and look forward to networking with other BP members.
