Paul Parker here from Toledo, Ohio! I'm late to the Bigger Pockets world lol. Got word about this site from an investor out of Indiana while we talked as I showed him an investment property. Better late than never as they say so her I am glad to be introduced to this great networking and learning tool because that's one my main focus at this stage of my real estate involvement. I am a 31 year old professional boxer with an record of 9 and 1, I had two national televised fights "Paul PayPerView Parker" (Google me lol ) boxing has slowed down because of my age now I am looking to make money using my brain and not my body!
I got involved in real estate at 19 after reading 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' I brought my first property. Well it wasn't all i thought it was cracked up to be starting out smh, I brought a terrible property and it took me 4 years to finally get it fixed and sold (At a loss)!!! That left a sour taste in my mouth and slowed me down from making further investment. Since then I have done ok, I got more serious about investing within this year and now i have 7 properties. I wish to continue to build my property profolio with residential, apartments, and commercial properties further down the road. Looking to network as much as i can, learn as much as I can, get as much as I can out of this site ang grow BIGGER POCKETS!!!

welcome to bigger pockets paul! This site is an excellent tool in real estate, make sure you read some of the forums, very informative! And if anyone does decide to start the cookie baking, i prefer white chocolate macadamia!
