Hello! I'm new to BP, got hooked on the podcast last night and decided I'd join the website. Currently finishing a complete rebuild of a very nice home in Bellevue, WA. Been involved in a few flips however, I'm getting out of the "flip" model and transitiong into construction of single family homes while pursing some existing Multifamily properties as well.
