New From Cando North Dakota
Hey everyone I'm new to real estate investing, I have been lurking on the forums for a while; so I decided to say hi. Right now I'm 20 years old, starting a side business in property management;
and I have my first multifamily under contract a 24 unit building. Right now i'm focusing on getting my building closed on. Then I would like to get into single family lease options, and ofc more apartments.. Anyways this site is awesome! I have learned a ton from it, and I look forward to being around, and meeting people in the community in the the future.
