Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

How are you all. I hope all is well. Anyway, i am fairly new to real estate investing. When we first bought our house here in Martin, TN, somebody was renting it. They paid us monthly and we were actually earning extra $500 from it. Now that I have saved extra money, i am now ready to buy another one.

Can somebody help me decide on which or where to invest. We are currently living in a college town [martin tn] and there are several duplex and quadplex that are for sale. Should i go for that? Or somewhere in Jackson Tn or Medina Tn, wherein there are single family houses that are fairly new.

What do you think guys? Go for the college apartments or single family homes?

Thanks again bigger pockets community!

Cheers!

Michael
