Hello and welcome other new members! My name is Stephanie and I am a 20 yo, ex professional ballerina, currently working on getting my real estate license! My ultimate goal is to flip homes, and many have recommended attaining a real estate license first. I have been listening to the Bigger Pocket youtube videos and reading J Scott's book. What got me interested in flipping homes is HGTV and having extended family that invests in real estate through rental properties. My biggest question/concern is how someone as young as me, with zero assets or no money to invest with, can get started in flipping.
