New Fix and Flip Girl accepting advice and tips!
Hey everyone! I'm so new to this its not even funny. I'm 20 years old and I've been interested in the real estate business for a good while now. I'm particularly interested in renovating and doing quick flips. I also like the idea of getting residual income buying a duplex or apartment/ condo and having renters. I'm looking for no money down deals, as I am new and fairly young, I don't have the income or connections to put money out on deals without a hard lender.
