Private lender from North carolina
Hello everyone,
My name is Felicia He. I grew up in China. Since moving to the US in 2000, I have taken several real estate classes but did not start investing until 2007. Since then, I have bought several residential and commercial rental properties. In 2014, after taking a class in private hard money lending, I switched my main focus to financing other investors’ rehab projects. My funds come from savings and IRA/401k from myself and other private money investors. I’m happy to see that Raleigh and Durham downtowns are being revitalized and know that my investors and I made and are making our contribution.
