Hi everyone,
My name is Habon. I'm new to this industry of REI. I'm currently preparing to take the real estate state exam but also have a great interest in becoming an investor in REI. HOWEVER, I don't know where and how to start... I'm trying to be a wholesaler and learn how and where to find or create a pipe with buyers with cash. I also need to gain knowledge of how to be flipper... any ideas?
