Hey guys,

Just joined and very interested in beginning a real estate investing journey. I'm 24, married, and my daughter will arrive any day. Obviously with those circumstances it will be difficult but I'm tired of waiting and really want to begin building my "empire."

Any beginner advice? Is there any small based investments I can begin doing.
