Currently own a couple properties and have flipped one to test the waters.  It worked out well and looking to get in the business full time once I retire from my high tech job. Looking for good opportunities in New Hampshire (Nashua area) or eastern Massachusetts. Have access to cash deals in the $100K - $150K range.
