Rehabbing my first property
- Good morning everyone. I Have been investigating real estate investing for the past 3 months with the anticipation of venturing into the business Feb 2017 On Aug 4 I got laid off. What a blessing. I bought a home on the 6th that was already planned. The renovation is going well. I filled out a analyzation report and would be open to any information or comments. I'm in Wichita Kansas. Is there anyone close to this area.
