New to Hampton Roads area
I am fairly new to real estate investing, my only experience thus far has been online research and talking to a few sellers. I am looking for an experienced partner/mentor skilled in small starter homes, since I want that to be my main focus to start with. Wholesaling has tons of pros but also a few cons, so I am not sure I want to start in that area just yet, until I get the legal part situated.
