New Member in Los Feliz, CA
Hi Everyone! I'm a newbie to real estate investing (no properties), living in Los Feliz, CA, in the Los Angeles area. I am a landscape designer, with some indoor and outdoor lighting experience, and so I'm interested right now in Owner-occupied multi's that I can fix up and rent out, although I'm finding it hard to believe that I could ever apply this model in Los Angeles. If anyone has experience with this in the LA area, I'd love to hear from you. Thanks!
